Available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process. Any time frame provided by Royalty for when a Product may ship or be delivered is a good faith estimate. While we do our best to meet that timeframe, it is not a guarantee. Actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events some of which are beyond our control. Royalty cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

The customer must have at least one person on-site who is physically able to help unload the order from the truck. A fee of $100 + tax will be charged if this condition is not met.

  • This person must also be present to verify the received goods. Any order discrepancies reported after delivery will not be considered.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to secure the delivered materials. We are not responsible for any theft or damage incurred after delivery. The delivery will be made to the parking area of the delivery address, not inside the designated space.

Unless otherwise required by local law, title and all risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to you, or a designated recipient, when the Product is picked up at Royalty warehouse by the designated shipping carrier. Royalty is not responsible for loss or damage to Products that occur after that moment. If you have questions or issues about your order, or changes in status, please contact our After-Sales Team.
