Product Returns
To return a product, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) needs to be generated by our After-Sales Team. Our sales are final. Shipping cost of returning an item is at the customer's expense.
If an item is defective and the Service agent decided to accept a return, an RMA number will be associated with the return, and the agreement terms will be decided at that moment by the agent.
