Human resources coordinator

Role Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to fill a position at the head office in Ville St-Laurent. The role involves handling day-to-day human resources tasks, managing HR policies, and overseeing personnel management.
• Act as the first point of contact to address employee needs.
• Ensure clear and consistent internal communications through writing various communications and creating or updating internal documents.
• Assist in drafting various HR documents such as employment contracts, salary addenda, notice letters, communication forms, regulations, and policies.
• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, laws and standards, labor relations, and best management practices.
• Advise managers.
• Conduct interviews for recruiting new employees.
• Organize training sessions for employees.
• Foster healthy work relationships to optimize resources.
• Implement adequate and ongoing training programs to recognize and develop employee skills.
• Develop performance evaluation methods aligned with company expectations.

Qualifications
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management & hiring, including HR policies and personnel management.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a human resources generalist.
• Professionalism, tact, discretion, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of federal labor standards is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals and Industrial Relations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Sales representative

Role Description
The main task of the salesperson is to initiate initial contact with clients, whether by phone or in person, meet with clients, provide quotes, and ensure to follow up and support the client throughout the sales process. Representatives primarily work on the road to visit clients at their homes and must go to the headquarters as required.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at ROYALTY Doors and Windows. The Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities including prospecting, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales. This role is based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area with the flexibility for some remote work.
We are currently looking for sales representatives to promote and sell our doors, windows, patio doors, and garage doors.
- Assess the potential and needs of each client to ensure their satisfaction.
- Make phone calls, conduct in-person visits at our showrooms or at the homes of current and potential clients.
- Present the range of products according to needs and explain the benefits of the products in question.
- Develop, follow up, and maintain contacts with existing and potential customers to ensure the success of marketing and sales strategies.
- Close sales.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of the doors and windows industry (an asset).
- Ability to fluently communicate in French and English is essential.

Role Description
