Manufactured in Québec at our factory located in Ville Saint-Laurent, our hung windows are made with quality materials and each model is available in either PVC or Hybrid.
PVC (or polyvinyl chloride) is the most commonly used material in our industry. This is largely due to its durability, resistance, and its exceptional insulating properties. Since our windows have PVC profiles that provide superior insulation, this significantly reduces energy and heating costs. Available only in white.
Hybrid windows are composed of a PVC centre and an extruded aluminium exterior, making them the perfect combination of the durability and insulated properties of PVC and the sturdiness and malleability of aluminium. Moreover, hybrid hung windows allows you to customize your windows with five available standard colours: black, commercial brown, carbon, anodized and white.
Single hung and double hung models are available. The single hung window is composed of two sashes. The upper sash is in a fixed position whereas the bottom sash can open upwards. The double hung window has two sashes that can be opened and closed downwards and upwards. However this model is slightly less efficient than the single hung window.
Energy-efficient Performance
ENERGY STAR certified and conforming to CAN/CSA A440, hung windows produced by GROUPE ROYALTY are perfectly adapted to handle Quebec’s climate. Spring system
Each hung window is built with a constant-force spring system allowing the sash to be opened at any desired position.
Increased impermeability
Available with one or two opening sashes, these windows are built with a double weatherstripping which allows for maximum water resistance and airtightness.
Minimal and Easy Maintenance
Thanks to its ingenious design, the GROUPE ROYALTY hung window has a pivoting sash and is equipped with spring latches that allow you to tilt the sash inwards, making it easier to clean. They are very easy to clean; a mild soap is sufficient for effectively washing PVC or aluminum.

Thermo Options
GROUPE ROYALTY hung windows can be adapted to fit your specific needs. You can opt for the double thermos, triple thermos, laminated thermos, or frosted glass. You also have the option of adding a double Low-E Argon layer, or even better, a triple Low-E Argon layer. It is also possible to have tiles in the Georgian style 5/8’’ and 1’’, Rectangular 5/16’’ or Tubular 1/4’’ offered in white, brass, silver, pewter or custom color. We also offer the option of simulated divided lites.
