We got more than expected. The installer Frank was very very good!!! We did all our windows and doors. We are very happy with the result. It completely changed the look of our property. We had a couple of issues but they were addressed promptly. Our house was built in the 1950’s and we were very worried at the beginning, mainly of possible surprises. Everything went smoothly. The only thing was the delay. Towards the end we were running out of patience. It took 9 months, but it is worth the wait. If you plan to replace your windows think about ordering way in advance. We recommended Royalty to 2 friends already.
