Recently, Groupe Royalty added a 700 sq. foot area to my single-family dwelling, thus converting it into a bi-generational home with two separate units. Highlights of the new construction are 9’ ceilings, polished concrete heated floors, large windows and a practical layout. The two living spaces are attached, but separate and without inside connecting doors. Over the years, we had had various renovations done to the single-family home by a number of contractors.
