We were shopping to replace our windows, patio doors and garage door. We didn’t want to have to deal with multiple companies. We wanted to remove our old style bay windows for new windows leveled with the walls. We needed ideas and guidance regarding the style of windows to use. Royalty sent a first representative to take the measurements and after discussing off our project we met a second time with Tony; the owner. Tony brought in his ideas and understood our needs. We settled for Royalty Zen windows which made the house look 20 years younger. We got quotes from various companies, Royalty was at par for pricing but the build quality of windows looked better.This is our second house and we also had the windows redone on the previous house. Royalty’s installation puts the other company to shame. Royalty used expending isolation foam on all windows, inside and outside. All measurements were on the ball. They replaced all our top level and ground level windows, replaced our two patio doors and installed a new garage door in two days. The garage door is Garaga. So far I’m very pleased with the look, the build quality and the way the windows are isolated and installed. The delivery was within the agreed upon time frame and the installation took two days. I am very eager to get to the next winter and see how the windows will stand out. I’m very confident they will make a big difference. The only problem I have… people keep staring at our house… Cheers.
